Regional Roadshows are APP's more casual live seminars. Each takes place in one day across the country. Typically we host 3 a year and try to reach new areas every year. At $75, these are incredible ways to get your staff steeped into payments knowledge without breaking your budget.

APP is packing our bags and leaving on our annual Regional Roadshow. Connect with the industry in Atlanta, Fort Worth, and Chicago.

Each Regional Roadshow is a full day of sessions covering trends, hot topics, and deep-dive discussions. APP Regional events are an excellent chance for you or a teammate to stay informed on industry topics in between attending APP's annual conference, Level Up. The last segment is always APP's famous Roundtable - time and space set aside for members to share challenges, ask questions, and collaborate by sharing best practices.

1:15 PM - 2:00 PM	The Naughty List: Unwrapping the Holiday Scam Surge Every fourth quarter brings the year's highest transaction volumes and the year's most opportunistic scams. The pattern is predictable, which means the window to prepare is now, not once peak season is already in execution mode. This panel brings together underwriting, monitoring, security and/or risk-intelligence perspectives to unpack the scams that target the holidays and what payment companies can do about them
2:00 PM - 2:45 PM	Fringe to Mainstream: How Peptide Merchants Create Payments Risk Online “research peptide” merchants are rapidly expanding across the digital payments ecosystem. These sellers market substances such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, melanotan II, and BPC-157 while claiming their products are “for research purposes only.” In practice, these disclaimers are frequently used to evade pharmaceutical regulation while targeting consumers seeking weight-loss drugs, anti-aging compounds, and biohacking products. Demand for GLP-1 drugs has accelerated this trend, pushing peptide sellers from niche bodybuilding communities into mainstream consumer markets. As a result, payment providers are increasingly exposed to merchants selling unapproved drugs outside regulated pharmaceutical supply chains. In this session, experts from G2 Risk Solutions and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy will explain how illicit peptide merchants operate, why the category has grown so quickly, and how regulators are responding. Attendees will learn how to detect illicit peptide merchants, evaluate regulatory and card brand risk, and build stronger merchant onboarding, monitoring, and transaction-risk controls.
