President's Message - Thank You to an Outgoing Board Member

The MAC Board of Directors would like to thank Jim Bibles as he transitions from the MAC Board to a role of continued contribution to the MAC Organization. His Board presence will be greatly missed, and we cannot thank him enough for all of his contributions.

In addition to his position as Senior Vice President of Risk and Compliance at Aperia Solutions, Jim has been an active member of the Board for almost 10 years. He currently serves on the Governance, Sponsorship, as well as Finance committees. Jim serves on those committees because he is known for his fairness and ensures that policies and procedures are equitable. What I appreciate the most about Jim is he is willing to speak up, ask questions, and guide a conversation toward a beneficial solution. Jim previously spear-headed the regional training events which were very successful. He served on the Task Force that brought about MAC’s recent updates via a new Policy and Procedure Manual. And has worked hard within the election process on multiple occasions to choose Board Candidates. He was pivotal in providing updates and fraud trends during the first year of COVID. He’s a frequent contributor to the Government Relations SIG and a speaker at MAC events.

MAC and I cannot thank Jim enough for all that he has done, we are a much better organization because of his efforts.
