Job Description:
Role
Residuals Manager
Why You’ll Love Working Here
• Clear expectations and accountability for results.
• Focus on simple, effective solutions instead of overcomplicated processes.
• Strong collaboration across teams including sales, operations, finance, and analytics.
• Transparent communication from leadership.
• Opportunities for growth through mentorship and leadership development programs.
• Recognition of performance and achievements.

The Opportunity
This role is responsible for managing how partners get paid on an ongoing basis. These payments are called residuals, meaning recurring payments based on revenue generated over time.
You will own the full payout process from start to finish. This includes calculating payments, checking accuracy, fixing issues, and making sure partners understand what they are paid and why.
You will work with systems that automate most of the process, but you will also perform quality assurance (QA), which means structured checks to confirm the numbers are correct.
You will help improve and scale a proprietary internal system that calculates and distributes payments. This includes working with an entitlements engine, which is a system that determines how revenue is split and paid to different partners.
This role combines finance, data, systems, and customer communication. You will also manage one team member and may grow the team over time.

This organization operates in the payments industry, helping small and mid-sized businesses process transactions.
• Serves over 55,000 customers.
