Senior Recruiter – Agent Channel (Payments Industry) - Remote (US)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Residuals + Bonuses

Agile Financial Systems (AFS) is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on modern payment solutions for businesses nationwide. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter – Agent Channel to drive agent acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.

This is a results-driven role — success is measured by active, producing agents, not just hires.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard experienced agents/ISOs in merchant services

Drive production by bringing on active, revenue-generating agents

Ensure new agents submit deals within their first 30 days

Re-engage inactive agents and return them to production

Promote AFS as a top destination for high-performing agents

Qualifications

3+ years in merchant services or payments industry

5+ years in sales, recruiting, or business development (fintech/SaaS/payments preferred)

Proven experience recruiting agents or ISOs

Strong existing network of industry contacts

Track record of driving MID growth and revenue impact

Ability to close talent and sell a high-performance opportunity

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
