APP Webinar: "The Purpose and Function of Polices Versus Procedures in a Compliance Management System"

Policies and Procedures documents are both considered to be Internal Controls based upon a company’s Program Risk Assessment.  Policies are distinctly different kinds of documents than Procedures, with different purposes and ownership.  In this session, we will discuss these differences and address documentation requirements, retention, and necessary approvals.  We will also discuss the relationship between both Policies and Procedures in a Compliance Management System.
