Agile Financial Systems (AFS) is a payments-focused fintech company. We help merchants process payments securely while minimizing risk, chargebacks, and fraud. We’re looking for a Risk Analyst who can own day to day portfolio monitoring and make sound decisions in a high volume environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily analysis of risk cases within set deadlines.

• Review cases in TSYS (CBOS and Green Screen) and related systems.

• Evaluate card exposure based on daily merchant processing.

• Analyze credit risk, transaction trends, chargeback activity, and fraud patterns.

• Monitor merchant activity and ensure processing stays within approved parameters.

• Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of risk experience, preferably in financial services or payment processing.

• HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Accounting is a plus.

• Strong Office 365 skills; basic CRM/Salesforce experience a plus.

• Ability to interpret financial data, transaction histories, and portfolio trends.

• Working knowledge of risk and compliance best practices; card brand rules/ACH rejects a plus.

• Clear, professional communication and comfort working in a high volume, high impact environment.
