APP’s Midwest Regional Roadshow Agenda is Being Mapped

The Association of Payment Professionals (APP) is starting to release agenda details for the upcoming Midwest Regional Roadshow on August 17th. Thanks to Fortis, APP will be returning to Dallas. The first two sessions announced are:

"Third Party Definitions and Impacts on the Payment Ecosystem"

As we navigate the payment ecosystem, we learn there are a variety of names for the same type of third-party providers. Similar to driving down streets in various cities, the name of the road may change names or even spelling. This session will provide an overview of the various third-party definitions and discuss the nuisances of each. The goal is to provide a deeper understanding of terminology. This will be a fun interactive session so keep your heads up as Vocab and candy fly about.

"It's Good to Be a Fraudster"

The presentation is about Bustouts and the latest fraud trends. Bustout fraud has been increasing lately. With economic forecasting predicting a downturn, experts think this type of fraud will only increase. This session will help you prepare your team.
